It comes after Ofcom said it had asked the BBC why controversial remarks made by the band were broadcast live.

The London punk-rap duo Bob Vylan used their set at UK music festival Glastonbury to loudly protest Israel’s genocidal military campaign in Gaza, including a “death to the IDF” chant. Afterwards, Glastonbury released a statement equating the chant with antisemitism,

"The team were dealing with a live situation, but with hindsight, we should have pulled the stream during the performance," a statement from the U.K. public broadcaster said.
