A County father who was arrested Sunday and charged with fatally shooting his son and injuring two other people is expected to appear in court.

Baltimore County police have arrested a father accused of fatally shooting his 4-year-old son on Christmas Eve during what authorities say was a domestic dispute. Mark Jones, 30, is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center after being arrested over the weekend in connection

Baltimore County Police said they were on the scene of a shooting early Christmas Eve in Rosedale. Police said at around 7 a.m. Tuesday that the shooting took place in the unit block of Breslin Court, which is located near the Ross Ridge Apartment Complex off Rossville Boulevard.

Four people were injured after a shooting in Rosedale during the early morning hours of Christmas Eve, according to County Police.

Baltimore County police arrested 30-year-old Mark Jones in connection with the deadly Christmas Eve shooting of his 4-year-old son and for wounding two other family members.  A bail review is scheduled for Monday afternoon in Towson and WBAL-TV has more from the Baltimore County Detention Center where Jones is being held.
